Job summary

Groome Industrial Service Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for our Vac and Water division. You will grow the assigned territory by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts in industrial cleaning, vacuuming, hydroblasting, water treatment, waste handling, and outage support services.

Travel frequently within the territory to engage plant managers, maintenance leads, and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales success in industrial markets.
• Ability to develop territory, build pipeline, and close deals.
• Strong communication with plant managers and procurement.
• Willingness to travel frequently and spend time in facilities.
• Knowledge of vac and water services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build territory strategy, prospect, develop pipeline, and win new customers.
• Expand existing accounts with multi-service offerings.
• Visit customers regularly and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate, close, and coordinate with operations.
• Represent Groome at industry events and grow the brand.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and forecasts in CRM.
