Job summary

Certex USA, Inc. is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our customer base in the assigned territory. You will educate prospects through face-to-face visits, calls, trainings, and presentations, while delivering exceptional support to existing customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience; industrial sales preferred.
• Must be persistent, energetic, and entrepreneurial.
• PC proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, build relationships and secure appointments within defined selling territory.
• Represent our services with deep understanding of solutions and identify customer challenges.
• Maximize referral network through industry events and organizations.
• Monitor market trends, selling techniques, competitor information and industry standards.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and follow up after product delivery.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.
