Job summary

Bartlett Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join our field-based team in Utah. You’ll build your own pipeline, run in-home consultations on company leads, and close deals face-to-face with homeowners for roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.

Compensation is commission-based with paid training; first eight weeks include up to $9,600 in training pay and bonuses, and earnings rise with experience, with uncapped commissions and annual increases.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing)
• A track record of closing deals face to face
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We have seen people with zero sales background outperform veterans on work ethic alone.

Responsibilities

• Start by knocking doors and building your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing. Reps who establish themselves earn their way into company leads.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners throughout the process.
• Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, walking them through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of your canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.
