Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, roofing)
• Proven track record of closing deals face to face
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in target neighborhoods and build your own pipeline
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and guide homeowners through options
• Be the homeowner's partner from first contact to project completion
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager
