Job summary

Premier Truck Rental (PTR) is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks across a Minnesota territory. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships while traveling 50% of the time.

Base salary with uncapped commissions, company vehicle, tech tools, and day-one benefits are included. Prior CRM and prospecting tool experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in B2B and outside sales.
• Ability to convert prospects into closed sales via a sales strategy skillset.
• Strong sales reporting, technical aptitude, and analysis skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with personnel from all aspects of the business unit.
• Ability to take initiative and uniquely motivated to anticipate obstacles and challenges while remaining solution focused.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• High energy, fast‑paced professional that is honest and operates with high ethical standards.
• Strong PC skills; early adopter of technology.
• Excellent organization, presentation, communication, and follow‑through skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory to meet targets.
• Acquire new customer accounts and expand current ones.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and highlight PTR offerings and customization options.
• Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations at client locations to showcase benefits.
• Document activities in the CRM Salesforce and prepare management reports.
• Provide ongoing client support and build strong relationships.
