Job summary

Premier Truck Rental is seeking an Associate Territory Manager in Minnesota to drive rental sales of light to medium-duty trucks. The role requires traveling within the territory, developing sales strategies, and building long-term client relationships across construction and utility sectors.

You will manage accounts, demonstrate PTR products on-site, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to meet targets. A base salary with uncapped commissions and benefits starts on day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to convert prospects into closed sales.
• Strong sales reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• High energy, ethical and proactive with technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory.
• Acquire new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Demonstrate PTR products on-site at client locations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and tailor offerings.
• Track sales performance and report to management.
• Travel 50% within the territory with overnight stays.
