Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events, etc.
• Air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders as needed.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot with deep product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and store objectives.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles and channel dynamics.
