Job summary

The position offers a base salary plus incentives with total compensation potential exceeding $100,000 for top performers. Expect to work outdoors, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record meeting Spectrum standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition by conducting door-to-door sales in assigned non-bulk MDU properties with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets and penetration goals within the assigned portfolio.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services to existing customers in the properties.
• Respond to customer problems per company policy and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Attend and contribute to sales meetings and training programs; apply learnings to improve results.
• Accurately complete all necessary sales documentation and collect receipts per policy.
