Job summary

Alyrica Networks in Philomath, Oregon is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new sales opportunities by engaging residential leads, conducting needs analysis, and closing opportunities with support from the Sales VP and Customer Service team.

The role includes door-to-door outreach, event participation, CRM data accuracy, and travel up to 50%. Base salary is $50,000 per year plus commission up to $100,000 annually, with comprehensive health coverage and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and motivated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales conversations with residential leads.
• Door-knocking, distribute materials, and attend events as directed by the Sales Manager.
• Conduct needs analysis conversations, propose solutions, and close new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and other sales team members to manage the full life cycle from lead to installation.
• Maintain clean and accurate data in the CRM (Zoho).
• Go the extra mile in helping our customers.
• Back up inside sales team as needed.
