Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to work in the Florida area, visiting customers’ homes and delivering personalized demonstrations of the latest technology and services. Expect uncapped commission with top earners reaching $100,000, and a starting salary range of $60,300–$100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You will engage with customers at scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to ensure seamless connectivity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver’s license — company vehicle provided for official business use only
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
