New hires can earn between $60,300 and $100,000 with top sellers reaching the higher end. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is paid in two installments, and training helps you succeed in a supportive, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with our existing customers daily and engage with warm prospects effectively.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• You’ll use negotiation and communication skills to drive sales and hit targets.
• You’ll work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
