Job summary

Bughouse Pest Control is seeking an outside sales professional to drive inspections, quotes, and new customer growth. You will operate in the field, meeting communities’ pest control needs and representing our brand with integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes based on customer needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships with businesses.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into Bughouse customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay on top of industry trends and enhance skills.
• Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
