Surface Experts is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative in Flower Mound, TX to drive new business using our script-based sales process. You will engage supplied leads, present our surface repair services, and work toward sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 10-12+ contacts per day.
• Drive to multifamily, hospitality, and commercial locations to introduce Surface Experts repair solutions.
• Utilize script-centric playbook with provided territory lists and training.
• Coordinate with repair technicians and the franchise owner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document sales activities in CRM from lead to Work Order.
