Job summary

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider. You’ll focus on in-field sales, map routes, visit clients, and close deals with our quality leads. No prior sales experience required as we train you to excel.

You’ll join a supportive, small-team environment backed by a nationwide franchise. Expect coaching, normal business hours, and the freedom to structure your day while earning base pay plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback and willing to follow a proven sales playbook.
• Curious — asks questions and focuses on understanding customers first.
• Detail-oriented — tracks routing, metrics, and follow-ups daily.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and conduct ~10-15 on-site visits daily.
• Log notes and metrics in our software and coordinate with the sales team.
• Handle light admin from home and prepare for visits.
• Engage in weekly sales coaching and receive ongoing support.
