DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Outside Commercial Sales Representative for the Las Vegas area.

The role focuses on meeting with decision makers to sell electronic security equipment and services to commercial and industrial clients in Las Vegas and surrounding areas. The position requires the ability to generate leads, develop new business, and maintain CRM records while achieving sales and gross-profit targets.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience with commercial accounts preferred but not required.
• Strong desire and ability to learn and compete in the security integration industry.
• Technical aptitude with access control, CCTV, intrusion, parking revenue, electrified hardware, and related security disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of electronic security equipment and services.
• Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K-12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross-profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Maintain and update the CRM daily.
• Other duties as assigned.
