Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Wisconsin. You’ll present, demonstrate, and install solutions with ongoing coaching, pursuing uncapped commissions and a skilled, consultative sales approach.

Expect a salary plus commissions with top earners reaching six figures. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a company vehicle for official business use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outside sales or commission-based sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals.
