Job summary

Deschutes Brewery in Phoenix, AZ seeks a high-energy Field Sales Representative to grow the Deschutes portfolio in the Arizona market. You will focus on market development, distributor coordination, and act as the primary street-level sales contact.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven excellence in Sales, Customer Relations, Marketing or Management in Food & Beverage preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Top-level organization and planning skills.
• Demonstrated self-starter and motivational/influencing ability.
• Must travel 4 days a week within designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute account calls with key on- and off-premise accounts.
• Grow market share with Distributors, Retailers and Consumers.
• Build partnerships with key accounts through visits and reviews.
• Ensure merchandising, POS, displays and inventory across market.
• Execute National Accounts pricing, features, sampling and activity.
• Serve as primary field-level liaison to Distributors and drive partnerships.
• Assist with launching new brands and events.
• Communicate pricing and programming to Distributors and Retailers.
• Achieve sales goals and manage budgets.
