Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in sales or merchandising roles.

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail clients to promote product sales.
• Ensure products are displayed effectively and well-stocked in retail locations.
• Organize, rotate and stock shelves during each store visit; ensure items are tagged and shelf standards are met.
• Remove items that are out of code or not selling per guidelines.
• Develop relationships with key personnel at customer stores and regional levels.
• Write customer orders using barcode scanner with Mobi software on a mobile tablet.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints with courteous service.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory regularly.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights from the field.
