Qualifications

• Experience with point-of-purchase displays and retail sales strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with brand standards and seasonal promotions.
• Regularly assess and adjust product displays to be appealing and showcase merchandise.
• Remove items that are out-of-code or not selling per guidelines.
• Organize, rotate and stock shelves during each store visit.
• Ensure all authorized items are tagged and correctly located on shelves.
• Travel throughout assigned territories regularly.
• Collaborate with store management to manage inventory and timely replenishment.
• Use hand trucks and equipment to transport and arrange merchandise.
• Increase promotional effectiveness through strategic placement of POS materials.
• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to refine merchandising approaches.
