Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) invites energetic candidates to join our retail team to drive in-store growth with The Home Depot. You will plan demonstrations, deliver best-in-class customer service, and execute merchandising and promotional events across assigned stores.

You will leverage Power BI for sales analytics, manage inventory, and build relationships with store partners. This full-time role requires travel, nights and weekends, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Able to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working nights and weekends in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics to drive decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, client profiles, product applications, and competitive landscape.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
