Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a driven retail specialist to grow market share with The Home Depot. You will drive B2C sales and customer engagement, delivering product solutions with strong product knowledge and enthusiasm.

The role emphasizes promotional events, store demos, and strategic merchandising across assigned markets. The position requires travel, driving responsibilities, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver's license for at least one year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid personal vehicle insurance listing you as the primary driver.
• Travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and using ladders as needed.
• Retail environment role requiring full-time work and standing.
• MS Office proficiency required; multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot with product knowledge.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotions to boost brand awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising and data-driven decisions, including Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and customer profiles.
• Engage in TTI training to operate independently in the assigned market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team to improve in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to support product innovations and market needs.
