Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive best-in-class consumer sales and provide expert product knowledge at Home Depot locations nationwide.

The role requires willingness to travel, exceptional organization, and proficiency in MS Office. You will engage customers, plan events, and partner with store teams to improve sell-through and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of traveling to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings, travel by air.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and handling demo tools.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Multilingual abilities preferred in certain markets.
• Relocation may be required for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost brand awareness and sell-through.
• Maintain brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and product placement.
• Develop understanding of the retail landscape and channel dynamics.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff to improve in-store execution.
