Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales for premier product lines at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and execute in-store events to boost sell-through and brand presence.

You will participate in TTI's training, build partnerships with store personnel, and manage inventory and reporting. A dynamic, retail-focused role with travel and growth opportunities across Michigan and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a retail environment.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising through data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot staff to foster partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting for assigned stores.
