Hamilton Physical Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Field Sales & Marketing Rep to expand patient referrals across clinic locations by building strong physician relationships and collaborating with leaders.

You will identify referral sources, manage social channels, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to online reputation while achieving personal sales goals. The role offers a hybrid work model with comprehensive benefits and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRMs like HubSpot and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong drive to achieve sales goals in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to identify referral sources and cultivate relationships.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and digital campaigns.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Network with physicians, staff, the local community, and businesses in your targeted territories.
• Identify potential referral sources and introduce them to services, providers, and processes.
• Maintain current referral sources.
• Participate in sales training and planning meetings to learn about new providers, services, and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge about clinics and competitor offerings and advantages/disadvantages.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals for volume and new client sales.
• Work with marketing to develop social media campaigns supporting corporate goals.
• Help maximize positive online customer reviews.
• Analyze long-term social media strategy and report quarterly on necessary changes.
