Job summary

Legacy Restoration in Rochester, MN is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, coaching, and hands-on field work.

You will split time between the office and field, setting targets and mentoring the team to meet goals, while developing partnerships and leveraging analytics to optimize performance. This full-time role offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in sales.
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience with B2C/D2D selling.
• Able to work in office and out in the field with the team.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

You’ll work full-time between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some potential for Saturday work (between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm).
