Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Field Sales Manager for Baker City, Oregon. The role leads a small outside sales team, coaching representatives, and coordinating with the branch manager to meet targets.

Ideal candidates bring experience in copier or printing industry sales and a track record of leadership in quota-driven environments. The position offers uncapped commissions, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth within a growing organization

Qualifications

• A proven ability to be both a sales professional & leader in a quota driven role.
• Experience managing an outside sales team.
• 5-6 years in a professional sales management position.
• Sales experience in the copier and printing industry preferred

• Understanding our products and providing the best solutions to your clients while supporting your clients’ needs.
• Managing a team of 1-2 sales representatives
• Coaching your team and developing them to their fullest potential
• Coordinating with your branch manager to meet performance standards
• Acting as a consultant to your clients by providing solutions and support for their needs all while ensuring that they receive the most utility from our products.

Our fast-paced sales office is seeking a Field Sales Manager to join our Baker City, Oregon team.

If you are an experienced sales leader with a background in the copier, printing, or office technology industry, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about developing sales professionals and building a successful team.
