Job summary

Crystal Clean is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in California to drive growth by selling parts washers and environmental services to manufacturing and automotive repair facilities. The role includes a car allowance and requires field visits to customer sites.

Compensation features a weekly base plus bonuses and commission, with total earnings varying by performance and location. Health, dental, vision, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.
• Sales experience required; industrial sales preferred.
• Valid driver license is required and must be maintained.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Engage in and promote safe work behaviors per CC guidelines.
• Develop new business and service existing customers in the assigned area.
• Pursue additional services with existing accounts.
• Present CC products and services to customers and develop new customers.
• Perform interim branch management duties as needed.
• Conduct field tests and sampling of waste streams at customer sites.
• Develop sales leads for Data-Marketing.
• Assist field sales reps in activities for new accounts.
• Complete paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements.
• Aim to meet sales quotas for revenue and new accounts.
• Adhere to EHS, HR, facility, equipment, operations, and maintenance policies.
