Job summary

Standout Field Marketing is recruiting a Business Development Executive for the Croydon area to promote Pladis brands in-store and build strong retailer relationships. The role is full-time, field-based, with a 40-hour week, and carries a salary up to £29,000 plus a 10% bonus and a company car with fuel card.

You will engage with cash and carry outlets and independents to increase distribution, visiting stores regularly and handling stock purchases for your call file.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based sales within convenience/impulse environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building in-store with key contacts.
• Must hold a UK manual driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated cash and carry and retailers to drive stock and distribution.
• Sell/plans into in-store contacts to increase visibility of Pladis brands.
• Support field sales targets and KPI-driven activities in the Croydon area.
