Job summary

Lakeshore Fiber in Alpena, Michigan is seeking a motivated Sales Account Representative to expand our fiber internet presence with residential, commercial, and enterprise customers. You will own door-to-door outreach, engage MDUs and local businesses, and help shape Lakeshore Fiber’s regional growth.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, meeting monthly targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (telecom or technology industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door fiber internet sales to potential residential, commercial, and enterprise customers.
• Attend community events and represent Lakeshore Fiber.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain relationships with MDUs, enterprise accounts, and local businesses.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and outreach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed on product updates, pricing, and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and account management.
• Assist in building and expanding Lakeshore Fiber’s sales team and market presence.
