AirDNA is expanding its Adapt pricing solution and building a field sales team. As the first Adapt seller in your region, you will own a territory end to end, prospect and close deals with property management leaders, and craft business cases to show how they can boost revenue with lower spend.
Expect heavy travel and a high-autonomy role. You will be part of a growing, international team with strong incentives, including base plus commission and generous benefits.
AirDNA has spent more than a decade building the richest dataset in short-term rentals. Now we're putting it to work.
Adapt is our AI-powered dynamic pricing tool. The early results have been so strong that we're doubling down on it hard in 2027. We're building a field sales team to take it to the next level.
This isn't a job for someone who waits for leads. There are no inbound leads and no SDRs. You own a territory, you open the doors, and you close the deals.
Ideal start date: Tomorrow?
Where: Remote, based in your territory, with regular travel across it.
$130,000 - $200,000 a year
OTE range | 130,000 - 200,000 USD (uncapped commission)
