FISH Window Cleaning is hiring a FULL TIME Field Sales Estimator to join our Birmingham-area team. You’ll be in the field every day, meeting people, sizing up jobs, and writing estimates that turn into real business.

Paid training, a base pay plus uncapped commissions, and a schedule with no nights or weekends. Your territory is your workspace, not a desk, and you’ll learn sales and estimating skills from mentors while helping grow the Birmingham metro area.

Qualifications

• Strong self-motivation and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A working smartphone.
• Valid driver's license, current car insurance, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Out in the field writing estimates that convert to business.
