Qualifications

• 2–3 years in project management or technical field, preferably in poultry industry.
• Ability to interpret and draft scope and requirements from customer.
• Strong communication and collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and specify project scope and layout; formulate official quotes to customers.
• Review quote requests for adequate information and clear scope.
• Travel to customer sites up to 75% to verify layouts and requirements.
• Develop improved process flows and solutions with the sales team.
• Translate approved concept layout into a quote/bid using Microsoft Business Central.
• Ensure pricing is reviewed and approved by the sales team.
• Archive and reference equipment specs for future proposals.
• Process approved quotes into sales orders and confirm scope with CMS team and customer.
• Attend handoffs to ensure specs are handed off to production/engineering timely.
• Calculate throughput volumes, belt speeds and capacities.
• Specify conveyors and equipment based on customer needs.
