Flow Control Group, through its Tri-Phase Automation affiliate, seeks a Sales Applications Engineer to manage and grow a pre-established territory in Northern Illinois. You will spend substantial time in the field with customers and prospects, identifying products and solutions to meet their needs.

This role offers opportunity to develop the territory with unlimited commission potential, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver technical demos while traveling to customer sites with

Qualifikationen

• Experience with PLC, HMI, robotics, sensors, safety, and motion control is a plus.
• Automation/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
• Strong sales and communication skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow a pre-established territory in Northern Illinois.
• Prospect and manage leads to build new business.
• Present solutions to key decision makers to win orders.
• Provide technical demos and product presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to develop winning strategies.
• Travel to customer sites; occasional overnight travel.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure loyalty.
