HBK is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to cover Northern California from a home-based location, focusing on acoustics, sensors, data acquisition hardware and software. The role targets aerospace, defense, industrial automation and power measurement sectors.
The candidate will close deals, build relationships at all levels, and present HBK solutions to technical and management audiences, with a strong emphasis on territory growth and collaboration with product marketing.
HBK is looking for an aggressive, goal-oriented Field Sales Engineer to be located in Silicon Valley or the San Francisco Bay area. The role will be home based. As a Field Sales Engineer, you must combine technical knowledge with sales skills to serve as HBK's solutions provider across wide variety of vertical market applications including, but not limited to the aerospace, defense, industrial automation and power measurement industries.
Sales territory covers Northern California and may adjust over time. The role will cover a wide swath of HBK's sensor (acoustics, strain, acceleration, force, displacement, torque, power, etc) and associated data acquisition hardware and software. Experience with HBM and Bruel & Kjaer products preferred. Must be comfortable and passionate selling to technical end users as well as upper management.

HBK offers an attractive competitive pay package which includes bonuses for exceeding sales target, mobile phone and car allowance.
The pay range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000 annually plus 43% bonus plan. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state
