We are looking to hire a Field Sales Development Representative in one of these areas:

About The Role

Our Revenue Cycle Management software provides revenue intelligence and streamlined process for thousands of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art RCM dashboard, Athelas Insights, provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Successfully source new business within private practices, physicians group and health care systems
  • Able and willing to work in the field prospecting at least 50% of the time
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas by qualifying opportunities and scheduling demos
  • Align Commure+Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business
  • Become an expert in the healthcare space

What You Have

  • Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales role, preferably software sales
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure
  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and pivot when necessary
  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented
  • Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset

Preferred

  • 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field
  • Past experience and success in the SDR role
  • Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business
  • Consistent over-achievement in past positions
  • Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
