Renuity, LLC is hiring a Field Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the Washington, DC area. You will meet with qualified homeowners who have already requested an appointment to present premium kitchen solutions, overcome objections, and close the sale.

Expect uncapped earning potential with top performers earning $165,000+ plus paid training, W2 employment with benefits, and ongoing coaching for career growth.

As a Field Sales Consultant, you'll meet with qualified homeowners who have already requested an appointment. No cold calling. No prospecting. Your job is to run the appointment, present the solution, overcome objections, and close the sale.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home, outside, B2C, or commission-based sales experience strongly preferred

You don't need remodeling or home improvement experience. We'll teach you the product.

Schedule

Flexible 5-day workweek with Sundays off

Evening and Saturday appointments required

Reliable transportation required
