Field Sales and Marketing Representative

Company: Techtronic Industries - TTI

Base Pay Range: $50,000.00/yr - $54,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform best-in-class sales and service to consumers while demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  2. Support and implement strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  3. Maintain regular contact with store associates and management to cultivate strong relationships.
  4. Monitor weekly sales and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
  5. Participate in the TTI Training Program and implement all acquired skills to deliver results.
  6. Initiate and provide in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.
  7. Professionally communicate with all peers, customers, and management.
  8. Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
  9. Develop primary knowledge of the marketplace to effectively analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data.
  10. Maintain store and product aesthetic through proper merchandising, positioning, and objective completion.
  11. Down stock product and monitor/maintain inventory levels to ensure availability for sales.
  12. Participate in small to large scale resets and merchandising installations to update or expand our brand presence in stores.
  13. Sell directly to our customers in the retail environment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service required.
  2. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  3. Must have a valid United States driver’s license with at least one full year of driving experience.
  4. Ability to pass a drug screen and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
  5. Possess and maintain valid personal vehicle insurance as the primary driver.
  6. Position requires travel to/from assigned store location(s) as well as travel to meetings, projects, events, etc.
  7. Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
  8. Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks.
  9. Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and requesting assistance as needed.
  10. Applicant must be MS Office proficient.
  11. Self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
