In this role, you will drive sales of our premier product lines within one of our largest retail partners. This position offers an opportunity to enhance your selling, account management, and communication skills while launching your career in a dynamic and rewarding company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Perform sales and service to consumers, demonstrating knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.
  2. Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  3. Maintain regular contact with store staff and management to build strong relationships.
  4. Monitor weekly sales, analyze monthly results, and identify opportunities and competitive insights.
  5. Participate in the TTI Training Program and apply acquired skills to achieve results.
  6. Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations for staff and customers.
  7. Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.
  8. Plan and execute demo events, store walks, trade shows, etc.
  9. Develop knowledge of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, competition, and channels.
  10. Maintain store and product aesthetics through merchandising and positioning.
  11. Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
  12. Participate in store resets and merchandising installations to enhance brand presence.
  13. Sell directly to customers in retail settings.

Note: Employee duties are not limited to the above; additional responsibilities may be assigned. All employees are expected to contribute to continual improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

Job / Employment Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service.
  2. Must be at least 21 years old.
  3. Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
  4. Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report checks.
  5. Maintain valid personal vehicle insurance.
  6. Willingness to travel to store locations, meetings, events, etc.
  7. Ability to transport small amounts of company property.
  8. Relocation may be required for future opportunities.
  9. Availability to work nights and weekends.
  10. Ability to work full-time in a retail environment.
  11. Stand for entire shifts, with breaks.
  12. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  13. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use ladders or reach overhead.
  14. Proficiency in MS Office.
  15. Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $24.04 - $25.96/hour, approximately $50,000 - $54,000 annually.
