Job summary

Performance Contracting Group is seeking a Branch Safety Supervisor for Masthead Phoenix 521 operations in Phoenix, AZ. The role centers on promoting an injury‑free culture, implementing the accident prevention plan, and coordinating with site safety managers and field teams.

Responsibilities include site inspections, incident investigations, documentation, and relationship building with trades, vendors and clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 and OSHA 510 certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong verbal communication with employees, customers, vendors and stakeholders.
• Safety oversight for a minimum of 15 crafts in the field.
• 80% of daily time in the field with craft.
• Experience conducting safety training.
• Strong work ethic with field labor experience.
• Able to work 50–60 hour weeks.
• Able to stand for long periods outdoors.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must lift 50 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, safe work practices and an injury‑free culture on site.
• Assist with accident prevention plan and safety resources and guidance.
• Ensure safety reports and documentation meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with site safety manager and field to develop/implement policies; monitor effectiveness.
• Conduct job site inspections and periodic audits.
• Investigate and evaluate injuries and illnesses for the project site.
• Represent the plant site and corporation with a professional, positive attitude.
• Build and maintain relationships with trades, vendors, coworkers and customers.
