Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Field Safety Representative to provide on-site safety oversight for an electrical contractor on an active construction project in Wilmington, DE. The role works with field crews and project leadership to identify hazards, support safe work practices, and ensure site compliance.

Responsibilities include daily observations, providing safety guidance for energized electrical work, participating in pre-task planning and toolbox talks, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction safety experience, including electrical safety oversight.
• OSHA 510 certification required.
• Electrical safety training or certifications preferred.
• Strong communication and a hands-on field presence.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
