HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Safety Professional to provide full-time, onsite safety oversight for a construction project in Wilmington, DE. The role requires hands-on field safety experience and collaboration with project leadership and union trades.

Responsibilities include daily site walks, safety oversight for fall protection, harness usage, and facilitating hazard assessments. A minimum of five years in construction safety and OSHA 510 certification are required, with a focus on

• OSHA 510 required.
• Experience overseeing fall protection, elevated work platforms, and confined space activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with union workers and project leadership.
• Ability to manage onsite safety concerns independently and professionally.
