Job summary

Medcor Safety is seeking an experienced Safety Professional for a short-term regional assignment based out of Auburn, MA and supporting projects throughout Western Massachusetts. This hands-on field role works with crews to identify hazards and reinforce safe work practices, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have CPR/First Aid, OSHA 30, and at least 3 years of safety experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to travel between project

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• OSHA 30‑Hour Construction certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant safety experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between project locations within the region.
• Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, email).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with field personnel and leadership.
• Conduct field safety audits across project locations.
• Identify unsafe conditions and help implement corrective actions.
• Support site safety programs, training records, and reports.
• Travel between Western Massachusetts project locations as needed.
