Job summary

Concrete Strategies LLC. in St. Louis seeks a Safety Performance & Risk Manager to blend hands-on safety leadership with company-wide employee injury support, health coordination, and risk management.

Based at the St. Louis shop, you’ll support shop, pump truck, and hydro-vac operations while coordinating safety across nationwide sites; you’ll own programs that help employees stay safe and return to work. You’ll report to the Director of Safety Performance & Continuous Improvement and benefit

Qualifications

Minimum knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and follow-up actions.
Ability to work with craft employees, supervisors, and leaders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead local safety support. Maintain a visible presence in our St. Louis shop and support pump truck and hydro‑vac operations through project visits, inspections, hazard identification, pre‑task planning, and corrective‑action follow‑up.
