Job summary

RANDALL is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead our safety initiatives for projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our Titusville office. This hands-on role requires strong field presence, regulatory compliance, and a commitment to ensuring workers return home safely each day.

The successful candidate will lead safety programs, conduct jobsite audits, and mentor Safety Specialists while coordinating with project teams to reduce risk and improve overall safety performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive safety experience in commercial construction or related environment.
• Previous experience leading safety activities on large commercial construction projects.
• OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 required.
• Education or formal training in Occupational Safety & Health or related field preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required or ability to obtain; instructor/trainer certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly to active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for safety activities across assigned construction projects.
• Promote a proactive safety culture among field and operational teams.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits; identify hazards and regulatory issues.
• Document observations and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Partner with project managers and field personnel to develop safety solutions.
• Oversee training, toolbox talks, and safety meetings; coordinate with safety staff.
• Lead investigations of incidents/near-misses and drive root-cause analysis.
• Maintain safety records and ensure regulatory compliance.
