Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Human Science, Logistics/Transportation, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• Five (5) years of experience in Industrial/Occupational Safety or related areas is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and oversees safety and health programs across districts and divisions.
• Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and ensures compliance.
• Delivers safety training to staff and leadership.
• Leads safety assessments, audits, and inspections and drives corrective actions.
• Investigates incidents with root cause analyses and develops preventive measures.
• Collaborates with SPS to ensure contractual compliance and accountability.
• Represents the company with enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Provides 24/7 response for accidents and regulatory concerns; travels as needed.
• Oversees local Safety Committees and operational safety teams.
