Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Safety Advisor to join the Drilling/Foundation/Civil team in El Paso, Texas. This role involves planning and implementing safety policies to ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations, conducting safety inspections, and providing safety training to field personnel. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in related fields and an OSHA 30 certification. Benefits include immediate accrual of PTO, 401K matching, and various medical plan options.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum related experience, ideally in drilling/foundation and civil construction.
• Understanding of federal and state safety regulations and training requirements.
• Must complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect workplace to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide training to field personnel through briefings.
