Job summary

Integrity Kokosing Pipeline Services LLC (IKPS) seeks a Safety Specialist to provide field support and help implement Company Safety and Health policies on projects. Travel across the central territory is required, with overnight stays and hotel accommodations provided.

Responsibilities include coordinating the safety program, training personnel, pre-job safety planning, safety meetings, audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT and EPA.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA regulations and company policies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize independently.
• Ability to work in a high production environment (50+ hours/week).
• Ability to influence and implement safety programs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement and monitor the Safety and Health Program across project locations.
• Develop strategies to reduce injuries and incidents and support targets.
• Provide safety training and education to personnel.
• Lead pre-job safety planning and emergency response development.
• Lead safety meetings and training programs for policy communication.
• Conduct audits, inspections and corrective actions and document results.
• Investigate injuries, illnesses and incidents; assist regulatory actions.
• Distribute safety correspondence and update teams on regulatory changes.
• Identify teammates needing safety training and coaching.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors, vendors and third parties; ensure compliance.
• Serve as contact for OSHA and other authorities when needed.
