Tremco is seeking a Field Services Safety Engineer in Ohio to provide safety oversight for regional field crews, ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and Tremco policies. This role involves frequent site visits and collaboration with leadership to maintain safe operations.

You will lead safety programs, audits, and training, with travel up to 80% and the ability to work remotely as needed. A strong background in occupational health & safety and OSHA certifications is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or 5+ years of construction safety experience.
• Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience.
• OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required; knowledge of 1926 OSHA regulations.
• Willingness to travel 80% or more; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety audits and site visits on projects, aiming for 80% of weekly time on site.
• Enforce Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout regional projects.
• Develop site-specific safety programs with site leadership and train supervisors on safety procedures.
• Roll out new safety initiatives and brief employees on policy changes as needed.
• Educate workforce and regional leadership on Tremco health and safety programs.
• Coach and implement Tremco Health and Safety programs in the field and ensure understanding of expectations.
• Conduct toolbox talks with regional teams and maintain safety culture.
• Regularly review legislation and standards to ensure compliance.
