Davis H. Elliot Company, Inc. is seeking a Field Safety Director to lead safety, health, and training across the Central Region from Lexington, KY, serving crews in KY and surrounding states.

The role requires developing and executing safety initiatives, building a world-class safety culture, and ensuring compliance with Elliot policies and applicable regulations. Travel across the region is expected to support continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, plan, delegate, lead, and develop team members through coaching and performance improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NESC, and other federal/state regulations.
• Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in safety, health, and training to achieve World Class safety objectives.
• Develop and direct front-line and supervision teams.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA and state/federal regulations and Elliot policies.
