You will provide daily field safety oversight for electrical crews, subcontractors, and supervision, ensuring OSHA compliance and project-specific safety requirements. The ideal candidate has OSHA 30, 2+ years of construction safety experience, field audits, and strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification is required.
• 2+ years of construction safety experience preferred.
• Experience conducting field audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards.
• Ability to maintain a visible field presence on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities.
• Maintain a highly visible presence in active work areas.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments.
• Monitor conduit installation, electrical wiring, material handling, and elevated work.
• Review JHAs, AHAs, permits, and pre-task plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements.
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions.
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices.
